Payment & Insurance

We are glad you have chosen the Laconia Clinic for your medical needs. We hope this payment and insurance information provided will help to answer any questions you may have about the financial part of your visit.

Payment

As a clinical department of Lakes Region General Hospital, Laconia Clinic bills are processed by LRGHealthcare.

If you self pay, or have a co-payment or deductible, please plan to make payment at the time of service. We accept Cash, check, debit card, VISA, MasterCard, Discover and American Express.

We offer the following options to pay your bill:

    For your convenience return envelopes are enclosed in your billing statement. Please send your payment in the envelope provided.


Financial Customer Service Representatives are available to answer your billing questions at (603) 527-2864 or email customerservice@lrgh.org. Customer Service hours are Monday, Tuesday, Thursday and Friday - 8:00am to 4:30pm and Wednesday, 9:30am to 4:30pm.

Insurance

As a courtesy to our patients, we accept most major health insurance carriers. If your health plan requires authorization, it is your responsibility to obtain an insurance referral prior to receiving care. Some insurance plans have deductibles and co-insurance that may apply to your service.

Financial Assistance

LRGHealthcare is pleased to offer financial assistance and counseling.

Our dedicated customer service staff will work with you to review programs available or connect you with other Federal, State or community resources for which you may qualify. If you feel you need healthcare financial assistance, please call HealthLink at (603) 527-7171.
