| For patients with possible hormonal health problems that our internists, ob/gyns and pediatricians determine require the involvement of a specialist, Laconia Clinic has a board certified endocrinologist. As a convenience to patients, the Clinic has a comprehensive, CLEA certified, diagnostic laboratory on site thus supporting the diagnosis, treatment and ongoing monitoring of patients. We also have a nurse supported educational program for those patients that are receiving care for diabetes. Practicing full-time at Laconia Clinic, Dr. Chapin is able to provide continuity of care to all patients.
The Endocrinology staff is responsive to the needs and concerns of all patients, established as well as new patients. Appointments are scheduled Monday through Friday between 8:30 AM and 5:00 PM. The Clinic welcomes new patients. A doctor can also be reached after office hours for urgent medical conditions (call 524-5151 for the answering service who will have the doctor return your call as soon as possible).
